If booking is bouche in any hotel on time, due to some
reservation issues or from our side we will give alternate
hotel similar option same time for sure and after that time
client will not blame or make any case on us for the same.
The services sold by the travel agency do not contain
insurance as a part of the service or the price, if this has
not been expressly stated. Travellers will have no right to
demand compensation from the travel agency for
expenses/unforeseen expenses/extra charges, if the travel
agency was not the direct and immediate cause of such

separately offered the client the option to buy insurance
